Exercising is so important in life because it not only improves your health, but also your mood. The best exercising routine is cardio; running on the treadmill, using the elipitical machine or biking. All these workouts make your heart rate go up and allow blood to flow to all parts of your body. All you need to do is 20-30 minutes of cardio three times a week and you’re on your way to a healthier, new you. As you workout, you will also notice what parts of your body you want to work out more. For instance, maybe you’ll want to tone your legs or tighten your abs. In this case, you can rotate between running and biking to reach the optimal results you seek.

If you don’t have access to a gym, the best place to work out is your living room! Put on a youtube workout video or buy a Jillian Michaels DVD if you really want to lose the pounds. Whatever you decide, remember 20-30 minutes, three times a week is all you need to maintain your health and energy.
